Available Automations

• Email - Send email notifications

• Field Fill - Copy values between fields

• Process Trigger - Automatically start other processes

• Action Select - Programmatically trigger actions

How Automations Work

Automations are attached to process actions and execute automatically when those actions are triggered. They enable:

• Workflow chaining across processes

• Automated notifications

• Data propagation

• Programmatic process control

Configuration

Each automation type has specific configuration requirements detailed in its individual documentation page. Automations are validated at process publish time to ensure:

• Referenced fields exist

• Target processes are valid

• Configuration is complete and correct
